Issue Description
This first issue of 2026 of Phenomena Journal brings together a set of contributions that reflect the journal’s integrative and phenomenological orientation across clinical, psychoeducational, and ecological domains.
The issue opens with a case study in child psychotherapy, presenting a phenomenological-Gestalt co-therapy pathway aimed at supporting affect regulation and restoring developmental processes through embodied and relational work. Expanding toward broader health perspectives, a mini-review on green prescriptions introduces an innovative approach that integrates nature-based interventions within the frameworks of One Health and Planetary Health.
